We have certainly risen up to the challenges posed by the rapidly changing manufacturing industry in the 21st century and are making game-changing and ground-breaking developments in our manufacturing processes by making them safer, more efficient and “greener’’. We have implemented technological innovations that are not only exemplary for the whole industry, but would also make the world a better place to live in.

We are extremely ethical when it comes to taking the environmental and social impacts of our operations into consideration. Efficiency, innovation and sustainable performance play a key role for value creation and growth and what makes us stand out in the industry is the fact that we have adapted a creative and innovative way of thinking and working which aims to make valuable difference by providing industry leadership and inspiration for people, companies and communities across the globe.

Compliance with Standards

Quality is not only our aspiration, but also our obligation. It is the result of over 25 years of tradition and continuous technological innovations. We take every precaution necessary to ensure that all our operations are well within all laws and regulations. Therefore our competitive advantage of corporate reliability is dependent on our social and ethical behaviours which includes:

  • Ensuring that our clients’ code of conduct is strictly adhered to at all times, with particular focus on human rights and occupational health and safety issues.
  • Ensuring that all local and international compliances with regard to working conditions, physical environment and welfare or our employees are adhered to at all times.
  • Providing medical services by our very own factory in-house doctor.
  • Child care room for the working mothers.
  • Ensuring that robust procedures are in place to protect the rights of workers through the implementation of an elected Workers Welfare Committee.
  • Promoting active participation at all levels and ensuring that the views of all our workers are taken into account through an elected Workers Participation Committee.
  • International Certifications

    We always strive to provide the best working conditions and social compliance to our employees. In order to ensure that our commitment to quality standards are of the highest international norms, we have performed Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) audits for both our factories, and have successfully achieved BSCI standards.

    We are currently preparing ourselves for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Services certification, whilst simultaneous making the necessary arrangements for achieving Supplier Ethical Data Exchange (SEDEX), Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) and Öko-Tex certifications.
